    How can I track my order?

    Once you receive your order number, feel free to contact our customer service department for your tracking information.

    Will my credit card information be saved?

    No. To ensure your privacy and credit card security, Doncaster does not store credit card information.

    How can I cancel an order?

    To cancel an order that has not been shipped, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800- 669-3662. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be processed as a return.

    How is sales tax calculated?

    All sales taxes are calculated based on the individual state’s guidelines. Calculated taxes will appear at the check phase of your transaction.

    What methods of payment does Doncaster accept?

    Doncaster accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards.

    When will my order ship?

    Orders ship within 24 hours if product is available in our Distribution Center. If product is backordered, you will be given an expected ship date based on anticipated arrival in our Distribution Center.

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged once your order has shipped.

    What is the return policy?

    We will gladly accept your return or exchange within 30 days of shipment of the product. Altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
